The New Zealand Melanoma (NZM) Cell line Resource:

A series of 102 New Zealand Melanoma (NZM) cell lines were derived from metastatic tumors and developed over a period of more than two decades from 1990 to 2010 by Professor Bruce Baguley and colleagues at the Auckland Cancer Society Research Centre, New Zealand. Many students and Research Fellows have generated data from these cell lines, which has been funded by the Cancer Society of New Zealand, the Maurice Wilkins Centre, and other organisations. Notably, some of these cell line data have been, or will be published, and submitted to international databases. However, some of these data require further analysis, and/or are pre-processed data, and/or are annotated with specific attributes (and therefore are essentially of a pre-publication grade). More information about the NZM cell lines can be accessed here. To directly access NZM cell line RNA-Seq data click here.
